I’m Dagmar Enklaar, COO and member of the Executive Board of Deloitte Netherlands. I am responsible for the finance organization, our Global Delivery Network, partner matters and further innovating of our services a.o. through tech solutions and Gen AI. Together with the other members of the Executive Board and the Executive Committee, we are focused to further strengthen Deloitte's position, while reinforcing our purpose, sustainable business and fostering an inclusive and diverse culture.
Prior to this role I was managing Partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory, a group of 500 people servicing in the field of M&A, Real Estate and Forensic Advisory.
I’ve been working in M&A advisory for over 25 years, with a focus on the healthcare industry. I also have extensive experience advising organisations on restructuring, refinancing and partnership structures.
Furthermore, I am member of the Supervisory Board of the Prinses Máxima Centrum with a focus on IT, data and digital (healthcare) transformation since 2025. Prior to this, I was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep for eight years.
