The tools and training below help companies in setting up and implementing a meaningful dialogue with their stakeholders.
They are based on practical experiences with companies and in line with the due diligence process as included in the OECD guidelines.
All tools and training are connected through the Compass for Meaningful Stakeholder Dialogue. This Compass sets out the key steps of a dialogue process and highlights which tools can be used at each stage: from initial internal preparation to follow-up.

Training
The workshop ‘Engaging in dialogue with your stakeholders’ has been developed based on the Compass and tools. The workshop helps companies to put stakeholder dialogue in practice. You can download the workshop manual and the supporting materials, and adapt the workshop to your own context.
