Complaints

Every citizen can submit a complaint against the actions of administrative bodies, including the SER. This is regulated in the General Administrative Law Act. The Act also indicates what is possible and not possible with respect to submitting a complaint. The General Administrative Law Act also describes how such a complaint is to be dealt with by the administrative body. The SER has appointed an independent complaints adviser to handle complaints. The adviser hears the complaint and advises the SER on the decision to make in the matter. In Chapter 9 of the General Administrative Law Act, you can find further information about the handling of complaints.
