SER starts project 'Meaningful dialogue in international supply chains'

Companies which conduct business responsibly take into account the interests and well-being of all stakeholders. The SER project 'meaningful dialogue', made possible in part by the Goldschmeding Foundation, helps companies to engage in dialogue with stakeholders.

The aim of the two-year project is to clarify what is meant by meaningful dialogue and, on that basis, to help companies how they can give substance to this. By developing practical tools and training and focusing on activities that are close to the existing business practice, companies can immediately get started themselves. This also looks at possibilities for upscaling. The project is divided into three phases: analysis & concept design, experimenting in practice and knowledge transfer.
