New Dutch OEL system as of 1 January 2007
The new OEL system is primarily based on private OELs set by companies themselves. These are supplemented by public (i.e., statutory) OELs established by the Ministry for Social Affairs and Employment.
The first list of statutory OELs under the new system has been published in the Dutch Government Gazette (Staatscourant) of 28 December 2006, no. 252.
