Arbeidsmarkt: hoe stimuleren we vrijwillige mobiliteit?

Daniela Krömer

Daniela Krömer studied law at the University of Vienna and at the Universidad Autonónma de Madrid. She attended Summer Courses at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence and at the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest. During her studies, she worked in various law firms and interned at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona.

In 2007/08, she participated in the European Law Moot Court, winning the best Advocate General Award at the All European Final in Luxembourg. In 2009, Ms Krömer interned at the European Court of Justice at the Chambers of Advocate General Miguel Poiares Maduro.

Currently, she is a research associate and Phd candidate at the department of Labour Law and Law of Social Security at the University of Vienna. Her main research interests lie in the fields of European Labour Law, Anti-discrimination issues and Industrial Relations. She publishes in both national and international law journals.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of French.
